15 years ago, Keith decided to follow his passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Based in Los Angeles, Keith has had the honor of working with every segment of the population including Oscar winning actors, Victoria's Secret models, mothers, grandmothers, professional athletes, teenage athletes, cancer survivors, AIDS survivors, dancers, writers and countless others who recognize the value of investing in themselves.
Prior to a carer in fitness, Keith focused on academics, earning a degree in literature from Berkeley and a law degree from the University of Southern California. He worked as a public interest lawyer for a short time and loved the gratification that comes from helping the individuals who need it most.
He now carries that commitment of service to community as a leader in the fitness industry. His training method is to assess each individual's physical starting point and then devise an effective, fun, achievable program to realize improved strength and wellness.
Keith believes that every step on the treadmill and every repetition of an exercise is an opportunity to create a stronger and happier you. He tells his clients that squats, sprints, push-ups, sit-ups, and chin-ups are optimistic by nature...when executed correctly one is always looking up or looking forward.
His guiding principle is that physical conditioning should be challenging and effective but always fun. His workouts are engineered to fatigue the muscle, raise the heart rate, and promote laughter and smiles.
He considers his clients friends and hopes that they are not just healthier, but also uplifted and encouraged by the time they spend together.
